   As an Ohio licensed and knowledgeable inspector, Mr. Orr is able to not only offer detailed evaluations of property defects but also understands maintenance, performance, and prevention details, which are essential for a comprehensive home inspection experience.​​

   Professionally, Mr. Orr has numerous associations with leading licensing and real-estate organizations. Personally, Mr. Orr has been a lifetime member and supporter of the local community. He graduated from Austintown Fitch High School in 1973 and has remained in the area where he raised his family with his wife Jamie, their three children (Katie, Erin, Linus), and grandchildren. Mr. Orr is an avid lover of all things YSU (Go Guins!) and supports local area high school sports.
