These photos illustrate examples of some common and some not so common property hazards which we have run across throughout the course of our inspections. Some photos illustrate obvious defects such as gaps, cracks or holes while other photos require a closer look to identify the problematic areas. Just as we learn and gain knowleged from each unique property we inspect, we want you to learn how to identify some warnings signs of major property defects.
